FOR GREGORY. He was not a VICTIM of ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE, he was a HERO!

PLEASE NOTE: Even though this blog is now dormant there are many useful, insightful posts. Scroll back from the end or forward from the beginning. Also, check out my writer's blog. Periodically I will add posts here if they provide additional information about living well with Dementia / Alzheimer's Disease.

Teepa Snow

Ms. Snow is a Dementia/Alzheimer's advocate and care trainer. She is able to take the complicated and make it obvious. In some ways she is the "Minnie Pearl" of the field but without the price tag dangling from her hat. I love this woman.

If you are in the area, she will be giving two workshops in the Evanston area at the Evanston Woman's Club. The day time event for professionals is from 8-12 for $10.00 and the evening presentation from 5-6:30 is for families and is free. I am attending both.

Here is one sample of what she has to share.
